2. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate depending on the order quantity, weight[or volumetric weight whichever is higher] and amount. Standard shipping might vary between slabs based on the Order. We reserve the right to change the shipping fee anytime without prior notice. Current slab structure as follows:
  1. Weight: [0g - 500g] - 50 INR
  2. Weight: [500g +]      - 100 INR

 

Express Shipping: 

1. Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 24hrs  (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Courier Selection: We select the fastest available courier partner based on your delivery location to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time: Express deliveries are typically completed within 3–5 days after shipment, depending on the courier service and your location.

4 Shipping Charges: A flat rate of ₹100 is applied to all express deliveries.

 

3. Order Processing

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this confirmation for accuracy.
  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days from the date of order confirmation.
  3. Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
